Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Clark County Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. in the Clark County Courthouse to consider in full or in part of the following variance request by Darlington Farms on its property described as the North 1,180 Feet and the South 600 Feet of the North 1,780 Feet of the West 360 Feet of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 115 North, Range 58 West (Darlington Township) of the 5th P.M., Clark County, South Dakota.
- A Variance to Section 4.18.1: Shelterbelt Setback Requirements. In accordance with Section 4.18.3 the applicant has submitted consent from the Darlington Township Board and requests thirty (30) foot variance from the 149th Avenue right-of-way to install a shelterbelt with the nearest row less than one hundred (100) feet from the right-of-way.
The physical location of this meeting is the Clark County Courthouse, 200 N. Commercial Street, Clark. Since it may be easier to remotely participate, this meeting will also be held virtually over a tele-conference platform. All persons interested in this matter may register to be heard before the Board of Adjustment during said hearing.
