9.2.26 Clark County Notice of Public Hearing by the Board of Adjustment on a Conditional Use Permit Request – HC Trucks

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Clark County Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. in the Clark County Courthouse to consider in full or in part of the following Conditional Use Permit request by HC Trucks on property owned by Hillcrest Hutterian Brethren legally described as the North Half of Section 15, Township 117 North, Rage 57 West of the 5th P.M. (Mount Pleasant), Clark County, South Dakota.

  • A Conditional Use Permit pursuant to Section 2.04.04.16 Extended Home Occupation [Conditional Uses - Agricultural District]. The applicant seeks to sell up to five (5) trucks and trailers per year.

The physical location of this meeting is the Clark County Courthouse, 200 N. Commercial Street, Clark. Since it may be easier to remotely participate, this meeting will also be held virtually over a tele-conference platform. All persons interested in this matter may register to be heard before the Board of Adjustment during said hearing.
