BOARD OF REVIEW
SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
MONDAY, MARCH 16, 2026
The Willow Lake City Council met in special session on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Center as a Local Board of Review.
Mayor Delwin Bratland called the meeting to order.
Pledge to the Flag was recited followed by roll call. Members present at roll call were Steve Johnson, Jacob Edleman, and Scott Borg (via telephone). Leland Harding III was absent. Finance Officer Heidi Madsen was also
present.
Also present were Julayne Thoreson, Willow Lake School Board member.
Johnson moved, seconded by Edleman to adopt the agenda. All voted aye.
The Real Property Assessment list for 2026 as presented by the Clark County Director of Equalization was officially reviewed.
No appeals were filed with the finance office.
Johnson moved, seconded by Edleman to accept to the assessment roll. All voted aye.
The assessment roll will remain available for public inspection at the city finance office.
Johnson moved to adjourn as a Board of Review at 6:39 p.m., seconded by Edleman. All voted aye.
