WEB Water Development Association, Inc. hereby gives notice that its Annual Member Meeting will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 4, 2026 at the Dakota Event Center. The following Board positions are up for election:
District 1: Rural — Walworth and Potter Counties in S.D. (Incumbent Director Allen Walth, Glenham, S.D., is seeking re-election to a fourth term.)
District 6: Rural — Day, Clark and Marshall Counties in S.D. (Incumbent Director Bob Whitmyre, Webster, S.D., is seeking re-election to a fourth term.)
District 8: Bulk — Brown County in S.D. and Dickey County in N.D. (Incumbent Director Les Hinds, Groton, S.D., cannot seek re-election due to term limits.)
To be considered as a candidate for one of the above Board positions, pick up a nominating petition and instructions from the WEB Water Office at 38456 W. Hwy 12, Aberdeen, S.D. 57402-0051, or by emailing your petition request to kdegroot@webwater.org. Please call the WEB Water office at 605-229-4749 if questions. The deadline for submitting nominating petitions for WEB Water director positions is 3:00 p.m. Monday, November 9, 2026.
