RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT LOTS 8 &9, BLOCK 1, ORIGINAL BRADLEY, SOUTH DAKOTA (210 MAIN STREET)
WHEREAS, the governing board of Town of Bradley has reviewed a proposed lease agreement with Terry and Melinda Yexley for the property situated at Lots 8 & 9, Block 1, Original Bradley, South Dakota (210 Main Street); and
WHEREAS, the terms of the lease include a monthly rental amount of $10.00 and a term commencing on October 14, 2026 and ending on October 14, 2036.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the lease agreement is hereby approved in substantially the form presented to this board; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Rebecca Caulfield, Board President is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the organization, to execute and deliver the lease agreement and any related documents necessary to complete the transaction.
