The Town Board of Bradley held a special meeting for the Local Board of Equalization on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Center.
In attendance were President Beckie Caulfield, Trustees Steve Waege and Trustee Amy Hopkins. Finance Officer Heidi Madsen was also present. No community members were present.
President Caulfield called meeting to order.
Trustee Hopkins moved, seconded by Trustee Waege to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
The Real Property Assessment list for 2026 as presented by the Clark County Director of Equalization was officially reviewed. Trustee Hopkins moved, seconded by President Caulfield to accept the assessment roll. Motion carried.
No appeals were filed with the finance office.
Trustee Waege moved, seconded by President Caulfield to adjourn as Local Board of Equalization at 6:30 p.m. Motion carried.
