The City Council for the city of Clark, South Dakota is accepting sealed bids for a one-year contract for the collection of residential solid waste within the city of Clark, S.D. The contract, renewing May 1, 2026 is to be bid on a per domestic unit basis. Currently, the City services approximately 500 domestic units. The successful bidder will be required to execute a Residential Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Agreement. For further details and to review a copy of the agreement, please contact the Finance Office. All bids must be received at the City Finance Office at 120 N. Commercial St., Clark, S.D. 57225 prior to 5:00 p.m. on April 7, 2026 to be opened at 7:00 p.m. at the April 7, 2026 City Council meeting.
