A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATER & SEWER RATES RELATED TO WATER & SEWER SERVICE WITHIN THE CITY OF WILLOW LAKE, SOUTH DAKOTA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Willow Lake, pursuant to Ordinance #181 An Ordinance Amending "Chapter 7 — Water & Chapter 8 — Sewers", of the Willow Lake Municipal Code is charged with setting all water and sewer rates related to water and sewer service within the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the following rates are established effective June 9, 2026.
Water Rates:
Monthly Base Rate/Line Maintenance Fee:
- $60.00/month base rate
In addition to the base rate, the following fees shall be charged for actual monthly water usage:
- $6.60 per every 1,000 gallons
Sewer Rates (Flat Fee):
Residential Rate: $35.00/month
Commercial Rate: $38.00/month
