A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATER & SEWER RATES RELATED TO WATER & SEWER SERVICW WITHIN THE CITY OF WILLOW LAKE, SOUTH DAKOTA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Willow Lake, pursuant to Ordinance #181 An Ordinance Amending "Chapter 7 — Water & Chapter 8 — Sewers", of the Willow lake Municipal code is charged with setting all water and sewer rates related to water and sewer service within the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the following rates are established effective June 9, 2026.
7.0213 Use Assumed. All premises connected to any utility service of the City shall be assumed to be using such service and the owner or occupant shall be charged therefore as long as such premises shall remain connected to the utility service of the City. All premises will be charged a monthly base rate/line maintenance fee as set by Resolution.
This section applies even if water is turned off at the curb stop. If water is turned off at the curb stop, a non-user fee will be charged at a monthly rate of $30.00 with back fees not to exceed $360.00 when water is turned back on at the curb stop.
