City of Clark Council Meeting March 16, 2026
Call to order: The Clark City Council met in session on March 16, 2026 at 8:03 p.m. in the City Hall Community Room.
Council Members Present: Nick Dalton, Shane Hagstrom, Melissa Nesheim and Brandon Kottke. Absent were Andrew Zemlicka and Derrick Dohmann.
Others Present: Mayor Kerry Kline, Finance Officer Rae Jean Flora, Deputy Finance Officer April Fitzgerald.
Mayor Kline called the meeting to order at 8:03 p.m.
Motion #034-2026
Adopt Agenda
Motion by Nesheim and seconded by Kottke to adopt the agenda. All members voting yes. Motion carried.
There was no public input.
Set April Meeting Date
It was decided the best date to have the next City Council meeting would be on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 due to the holiday on April 6.

Adjourn
Motion by Hagstrom and seconded by Dalton to adjourn. All members voting yes. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
