The City Council for the city of Clark, South Dakota is accepting sealed bids for one-year contract for water and sewer line repair, renewing May 1, 2026. The bids should be made on a basis of an hourly rate for the primary backhoe service with operator, pay loader service with operator, skid steer service with operator, truck service with operator, truck service with operator and each additional person for labor. Certain major street, water and sewer projects will be excluded from this contract and will be bid separately.
