The Clark County Board of Commissioners will schedule a public hearing the 4th day of August, 2026 at 8:15 a.m. at the Clark County Courthouse in the Commissioner room to consider the following application: Temporary (on sale) liquor license and temporary (on Sale) malt beverage license to operate outside a municipality for the licensing period listed below, which have been presented to the Board of County Commissioners and filed in the County Auditor's Office.
Applicant's Name: Clark Fire Department.
Legal Description: The part of W 1/2, SE 1/4 lying North of the Railroad 6-116-57, Clark County Fairgrounds.
Type of License:
Temporary (on sale) liquor license and (on-Sale) malt beverage for August 29, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. August 30, 2026.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT any person, persons or their attorney may appear and be heard at said scheduled Public Hearing who are interested in the approval or rejection of any such application.
