COUNCIL MEETING
JUNE 8, 2026
Call to order: The Clark City Council met in session on June 8, 2026, at 12:00 noon in the City Hall Council Room.
Council Members Present: Shane Hagstrom, Jim Zeck, Melissa Nesheim and Andrew Zemlicka. Dohmann and Kottke were absent.
Other Present: Mayor Kerry Kline and Finance Officer Rae Jean Flora.
Mayor Kling called the meeting to order at 12:02 p.m.
Motion #078-2026
Adopt Agenda
Motion by Nesheim and seconded by Zemlicka to adopt the agenda. All members voting yes. Motion carried.
Motion #79-2026
Canvass Election
Motion by Zeck and seconded by Hagstrom to confirm the election results for three-yera term for Mayor: Kerry Kline - 312 votes; Lon Reidburn - 56 votes. Ward II, three-year term city council: Shane Hagstrom - 65 votes; Chasity Johnson - 39 votes. All members voting yes. Motion carried.
Motion #080-2026 Approve Northern Truck and Equipment Invoice
Motion by Nesheim and seconded by Zemlicka to approve the invoice from Northern Truck and Equipment for the stainless steel dump body. All members voting yes. Motion carried.
Motion #081-2026 Adjourn
Motion by Nesheim seconded by Hagstrom to adjourn. All members voting yes. Motion carried.
