Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on November 9, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the Willow Lake Community Center to consider in full or in part the following proposed Conditional Use permit:
- Permit No. CU 26-1 by Luke Mattke for a Conditional Use permit. The request, if granted, would permit the applicant to use the following property Lots 8-9 & S 1/2 Lot 10 Block 19, Original Willow Lake; 535 3rd St., Willow Lake, S.D., in the following manner: Multi-family home dwelling in a R1 Zone).
All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing or may file written comments with the Finance Officer, P.O. Box 317, Willow Lake, S.D. 57278 prior to said hearing.
