The Town Board of Bradley held their regular meeting on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Center.
In attendance were President Beckie Caulfield, Trustees Steve Waege and Amy Hopkins. Finance Officer Heidi Madsen were also present. Community members present: Keith Hopkins and Terry and Lyn Yexley.
President Caulfield called meeting to order. Trustee Hopkins moved, seconded by Trustee Waege to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
No one present for public comment.
Trustee Waege moved, seconded by President Caulfield to approve September 9, 2026 regular meeting minutes. Motion carried.
President Caulfield moved, seconded by Trustee Hopkins to approve October claims. Motion carried. Clark County Courier $85.47, proceedings, resolution; Cook's Wastepaper $507.61, garbage; Clark Rural Water $120.00, purchased water; Northwestern Energy $1,440.46, utilities; U.S. Treasury $332.78, payroll taxes; Ann Caulfield $2,400.00, mowing; Amy Hopkins $102. 96, salary, supplies; Steve Waege $92.35, salary; Beckie Caulfield $92.35, salary; Heidi Madsen $392.49, salary.
Finance Report:
Trustee Waege moved, seconded by Trustee Hopkins to approve financial report. Motion carried.

New Business:
President Caulfield moved, seconded by Trustee Waege to approve Resolution #26-2 A Resolution Approving the Lease of Real Property Located at Lots 8 & 9, Block 1, Original Bradley, South Dakota, Motion carried.
Lease agreement between Town of Bradley and Terry and Melinda Yexley was signed for rental of former bank building. Yexleys will be required to provide yearly proof of renter's insurance.
Trustee Waege moved, seconded by Trustee Hopkins to approve the second reading of Ordinance #26-1 2027 Budget Appropriations. Motion carried.
Animals at large were discussed. An ordinance will be reviewed at next regular meeting regarding the prohibition against allowing animals at large in town.
Snowplow truck was discussed.
Trustee Hopkins moved, seconded by Trustee Waege to adjourn meeting at 7:15 p.m. Motion carried.
Next meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 18, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the Community Center.
