Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on November 2nd, at 7:00 p.m. in the Clark City Hall to consider in full or in part the following proposed variance:
Permit 2026-02 for a variance of City Zoning 4.03.7. The request, if granted, would permit the applicant to use the following property in Clark, S.D.: Lot 2 & E 5' of Lot 8 subdiv of Lot E of Heckmans subdiv, city of Clark, South Dakota in the following manner: allowing a garden shed closer than the allowed five feet from the lot line.
All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing or may file written comments with the Finance Officer 120 N. Commercial St. Clark, S.D. 57225 prior to said hearing.
