The Clark American Legion has applied for a special events liquor license for the Lion's Gun Raffle starting October 10, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 12:0 a.m. Pursuant to SDCL 35-2-5, a public hearing will be held on October 5, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. during the city council meeting held at Clark City Hall located at 120 N. Commercial Street. Any person interested in the approval or rejection of any such application may appear and be heard.
