The school board of Clark School District #12-2 convened in special session in the library Monday, August 24, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. The following members were in attendance, Malory McIntire, Lacey Ortberg, Ty Linneman, Troy Mudgett and Travis Peterson. Also in attendance: Superintendent - Travis Ahrens, Business Manager - Mary Rauscher, Elem Principal - Jon Redmond and MS/HS Principal - Jennifer Heggelund and interested patrons.

President McIntire called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. with all members saying the Pledge of Allegiance.

Moved by Ortberg and seconded by Linneman to approve the agenda. All in favor.
No conflicts of interest and consideration of waivers.

Moved by Peterson and seconded by Mudgett to approve July Special board meeting on July 14, 2026. All favor.

Moved by Mudgett and seconded by Ortberg to approve contract of Alexandra Miller as High School Ag Teacher and FFA advisor for the 2026-2027 school year ($46,600/salary and $2,573/stipend). All in favor.
Building Project Design meeting #3 and presentation from Co-op Architects.

Moved by Peterson and seconded by Linneman to adjourn August 24, 2026 special meeting at 8:07 p.m. All in favor.
