NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willow Lake School Board intends to sell the following described surplus property pursuant to SDCL §§ 6-13-4 and 6-13-5.
DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY:
The Willow Lake School District is accepting bids for surplus bleachers from the District's gymnasium. The wood bleachers are seven (7) rows high, constructed of 1" thick Douglas Fir that are 19' or 20' in length and 7"-9" wide and Southern Yellow Pine 5/8" thick and 19' - 20' in length and 8" - 9" wide, that were installed in approximately the early to mid-1960's and 1991.
METHOD OF SALE:
The School board has determined to sell this property through sealed bids. Bids may be submitted to the District Business Manager and must be sealed and delivered in person. The District will sell the bleachers to the highest bidder, and will open the bids at its August board meeting on August 10, 2026.
