5.27.26 Notice of Public Hearing of the Planning Commission and City Council on Ordinance 250, An Ordinance Amending Ordinance 241, As Amended, An Ordinance Establishing Zoning Regulations for the City for the Administration, Enforcement, and Amendment Thereof, in Accordance with the Provisions of Chapters 11-4 and 11-6, 1967 SDCL, and Amendments Thereof, and for the Repeal of All Ordinances in Conflict Herewith

The Willow Lake Planning Commission and City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 8, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the City of Willow Lake City Office. Any interested person may attend and comment on proposed Ordinance 241, as amended (zoning regulations for the City of Willow Lake). All persons interested in this matter may attend and be heard before the Planning Commission and City Council during said hearing. The Planning Commission may recommend denial or approval of Ordinance 250, with or without amendment. Further, the City Council will have the first reading of proposed Ordinance 250. The proposed zoning amendment is available for public inspection at the City of Willow Lake city Office (Planning and Zoning Department) during regular business hours.
