The school board of Clark School District #12-2 convened in special session in the library Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. The following members were in attendance, Malory McIntire, Lacey Ortberg, Ty Linneman, Troy Mudgett and Travis Peterson. Also in attendance: Superintendent - Travis Ahrens, Business Manager - Mary Rauscher, Elementary Principal - Jon Redmond and MS/HS Principal - Jennifer Heggelund and interested patrons.

President McIntire called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. with all members saying the Pledge of Allegiance.
No open forum.

Moved by Peterson and seconded by Ortberg to approve the agenda with adding possible motion for building project. All in favor.
No conflicts of interest and waivers.
Presentation by Co-op Architects and discuss proposed building concept plans.

Moved by Ortberg and seconded by Mudgett to pursue $10 million building project concept. All in favor.

Moved by Linneman and seconded by Peterson to adjourn May 6, 2026 special meeting at 9:28 p.m. All in favor.
