The Raymond Town Board met in a regular meeting May 4, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. with all members present including Larry Brannan, Gale Filipek and Eric Mehlberg. Also present was Darrin Leetch, maintenance and Carrie Reis, finance officer. The meeting was called to order by Brannan.
The minutes and financial reports were approved with a motion by Filipek and seconded by Mehlberg.
The following claims were paid: NW Energy 687.59; Cook's Waste 480.03; Darrin Leetch 377.88; Carrie Reis 454.84; Clark County Courier 14.64; Postmaster 78.00; ITC 37.52, utilities.
The board wishes to remind everyone who has sump pumps to not pump into the city sewer system. All hoses must drain outside.
Discussion was held on property maintenance and those not in compliance will be contacted.
Reports were given on the condition of the lagoon, dumpground and the increased pumping at the lift station. No action needed.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned with a motion by Brannan and seconded by Filipek.
The next regular meeting will be June 1, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
