Pursuant to SDCL 9-12-5.1 and 9-12-5.2, the City of Clark, South Dakota, will offer for lease, for haying purposes only, at public auction, for cash, for a term commencing on the 5th day of June, 2026 and ending on the 1st day of October, 2026, the following described real estate:
Parcel 1:
East Pasture Addition in the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Six (6), Township One Hundred Sixteen (116) North, of Range Fifty-Seven (57), West of the 5th P.M. Clark County, South Dakota (containing approximately 27.6 acres).
Parcel 2:
Approximately 20 acres located in the East Half (E1/2) of Section Seventeen (17), Township One Hundred Sixteen (116) North, Range Fifty-Seven (57) West of the 5th P.M., Clark County, South Dakota.
These acres border and surround the City retention ponds.
The auction will be held in the City Council Chambers, located at the Clark City Hall, 120 N. Commercial Street, Clark, South Dakota, on the 18th day of May, 2026 at 7:05 p.m.
The leases shall be for haying purposes only. The successful bidder(s) must enter a written lease agreement on the night of the auction as well as pay the lease amount in full.
