The Town Board of Bradley held their regular meeting on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the Community Center.
In attendance were President Beckie Caulfield, Trustee Steve Waege and Amy Hopkins. Finance Officer Heidi Madsen was also present. No community members were present.
President Caulfield called meeting to order. Trustee Hopkins moved, seconded by President Waege to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Trustee Waege moved, seconded by Trustee Hopkins to approve March 18, 2026 regular meeting minutes and March 18, 2026 Local Board of Equalization meeting minutes. Motion carried.
Trustee Waege moved, seconded by Trustee Hopkins to approve April claims. Motion carried. Clark County Courier $54.46, proceedings; Cook's Wastepaper $507.61, garbage; Clark Rural Water $140.00, purchased water; KMI $248.86, water repairs; Northwestern Energy $1,008.21, utilities; U.S. Treasury $386.33, payroll taxes; Performance Oil $825.13, propane; Amy Hopkins $102.96, salary, supplies; Steve Waege $92.35, salary; Beckie Caulfield $92.35, salary; Heidi Madsen $392.49, salary.
Finance Report:
President Caulfield moved, seconded by Trustee Hopkins to approve financial report. Motion carried.

President Caulfield moved, seconded by Trustee Waege to transfer all funds in the Development Fund to the Community Center account. Motion carried.
Citywide Cleanup was discussed.
No election needed. One petition filed by Amy Hopkins for Trustee three-year term.
Trustee Hopkins moved, seconded by Trustee Waege to adjourn meeting at 5:30 p.m. Motion carried.
