Notice is herby given that a public hearing will be held by the Clark County Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Clark County Courthouse to consider full or in part following Conditional Use Permit request by Lincoln Reidburn on behalf of Cut-Em at property owned by Kyle Gaikowski which is legally described as the West 260 Feet of Lot A in Section 12, Township 116 North, Range 58 West of the 5th P.M. (Lincoln Township), Clark County, South Dakota.
- A Conditional Use Permit pursuant to Section 2.05.03.24 Commercial Orchards, tree farms, truck gardening, and greenhouses — with retail sales [Conditional Uses — Commercial/Industrial District]. The applicant seeks to operate a commercial greenhouse.
The physical location of this meeting is at the Clark County Courthouse, 200 N. Commercial Street, Clark. Since it may be easier to remotely participate, this meeting will also be held virtually over a tele-conference platform. All persons interested in this matter may register to be heard before the Board of Adjustment during said hearing.
